Full refund with 72 hours cancellation notice before departure. Requests made within 72 hours of tour start time are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full price. Full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Yes. Expect a confirmation call between 3:00–5:00 pm on your tour date. You must confirm by return call or text message by 5:30 pm, or your seats may be released and treated as a no-show if there’s a waitlist.
Dress in layers (base layers, mid-layers, and heavy outerwear). Wear insulated winter boots and two pairs of socks (wool works well). Bring a winter hat and gloves, and consider disposable hand warmers. You’ll likely spend time standing outside at night, with heated vehicle breaks to warm up.
Your aurora guide may take you up to 3 hours from Anchorage, often to higher-elevation, remote areas where it can be significantly colder than Anchorage.
