- Arrive 15 minutes before departure and use the restroom before the trip
- Ages 16+ only; travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

- Not suitable during pregnancy or with back, neck, or serious health conditions
- Bring mineral-based reef-safe sunscreen; aerosol sunscreen is not allowed

Full refund for cancellations more than 7 days before your tour. 50% refund within 7 days. No refund within 48 hours of tour time. No-shows are charged the full tour price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
