Cancel more than 72 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are not refundable; a one-time rescheduling may be offered if available. Illness, fear, anxiety, or a change of mind on the tour day are not refundable.

FAQs
Do not apply sunscreen or makeup to your face before snorkeling; it can drip into your mask and irritate your eyes. Put on your wetsuit first, then apply sunscreen where needed.
Children under 5 can accompany parents on the private snorkel tour. Parents can take turns in the water while one parent stays on the beach with the child.
A mustache may allow a little water to leak into your mask. A clean-shaven area around the mask can improve the seal, but facial hair is welcome.
