- Arrive early to complete registration, collect rentals, and attend the safety briefing
- Wear closed-toe shoes and layers for padding, as padding is not provided
- Bring only water, birthday cake, or cupcakes; no other outside food, drinks, or snacks are permitted
- Bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the online purchase for verification at check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change the date or group size up to 48 hours before the event. No-shows forfeit the entire reservation. Runs rain or shine; weather is not grounds for a refund.

Add up to 2 extra participants on the day. For more than 2 additional participants, update your group size at least 24 hours before your party. Equipment for extra participants is not guaranteed.
