Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before departure: the 20% deposit is non-refundable. Within 7 days: no refunds; if paid in full, you may reschedule once within 6 months, subject to availability. Within 48 hours, all payments are non-refundable and rescheduling is not guaranteed. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels for unsafe conditions, weather, or mechanical issues.

Have everyone in your group sign the liability waiver in advance. Keep the waiver email confirmation to show the captain or deckhand before departure.
