You must be 16+ to ride an e-bike, and riders under 18 need an adult to check in and sign the waiver. Riders 300 lb and over cannot be accommodated due to bike weight limits. Tag-a-longs, trailers, and child attachments are not allowed.

Notify the operator at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a full credit for the amount paid.
