- Canoes seat a maximum of 3 people, with no exceptions.
- Dogs are welcome on tandem kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards; a $5 pet fee applies.
- Late returns may incur a charge for an extra hour for each reserved boat, not included in the listed price.
- Make sure everyone in your party completes a waiver before taking part.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your departure time for boat preparation and the safety briefing. Return on or before your reservation end time.
Cancellation Policy
Changes/cancellations for 7 or fewer boats: free over 72 hours ahead; 50% charge 24–72 hours ahead; 100% under 24 hours. For 8+ boats: free at least 7 days ahead; 50% 4–7 days ahead; 100% under 4 days. Operator cancellations for weather or dangerous conditions carry no charge. Rescheduling is attempted; if not possible, a refund is issued. All refunds are gift cards.
