Cancellation Policy
For 1–7 boats, cancellations/changes are free more than 72 hours ahead; 24–72 hours: 50% charge; under 24 hours: 100%. For 8+ boats: free at least 7 days ahead; 4–7 days: 50%; under 4 days: 100%. All refunds are gift cards. Operator cancellations for weather or dangerous conditions have no charge; rescheduling is attempted, with a gift-card refund if it cannot be rescheduled, unless otherwise noted.
