- Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation. Your rental time starts at the reserved time and is not extended for late check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund, 24–72 hours before for a 50% refund, or less than 24 hours before for no refund. If weather prevents riding, you receive a full refund or credit if visiting from out of state; local residents receive credit for a future visit.
