- Arrive for boarding 15 minutes before departure; a late departure does not extend your return time
- Complete a liability waiver before departure and keep the confirmation available for the crew

- Alcohol is limited to ages 21+ with valid ID
- No illegal substances; glass bottles are discouraged
- Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in refused service or an ended charter
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before departure and forfeit the 20% deposit. Within 7 days, no refunds; if the balance has been paid, you may reschedule once within 6 months, subject to availability. Within 48 hours, all payments are nonrefundable. Full refund or rescheduling if canceled for unsafe weather, safety, or mechanical issues.
