- Arrive 15 minutes before departure for boarding
- Sign the liability waiver before departure and bring the confirmation
- At least one person in your group must be 18+
- Alcohol is limited to ages 21+ with valid photo ID
- Leave illegal substances at home and avoid bringing glass bottles
- Follow crew safety instructions; unsafe behavior or excessive intoxication may end the charter
- Expect operations to depend on weather, mechanical conditions, and Coast Guard safety requirements
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before departure and the non-refundable deposit is forfeited. Cancel within 7 days: no refunds; one reschedule may be available within 6 months. Within 48 hours, all payments are non-refundable. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather, safety, mechanical issues, or unsafe conditions.

Tips are optional. If you choose to leave one for the crew, you can do so by cash, Venmo, Zelle, debit card, or credit card on board.
