- Participants must be at least 3 years old and 36 inches tall
- Independent floating in a tube is required

Full refund with 24 hours' notice. 50% refund with at least 2 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator closes due to weather, poor river conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
FAQs
Wear quick-dry clothing or swimwear and water shoes or old sneakers; avoid flip-flops. Bring sunscreen, drinking water, and a dry bag for keys, phones, and valuables. Leave a towel in your car for after the trip.
For the Mad River float, children 12 and younger must wear a life jacket at all times. Participants older than 12 must carry a life jacket but do not have to wear it.
