- Captain fees are not included in the listed price and are settled directly with the captain if you need one
- You are responsible for the insurance deductible in the event of an accident
- Empty all trash before leaving the boat

Cancellation Policy
More than 1 week before start: deposit fees are nonrefundable. 7 to 3 days before start: 50% is nonrefundable. Less than 3 days before start: 100% is nonrefundable. Dangerous weather will be rescheduled. Receive a 100% refund if Naos Yachts cancels.
