Launch & Begin Your Float
Set off on a relaxing 2–3 hour trip down the Shiawassee River

Stop along the way to swim or snack as desired
Return to Showboat Park
Your float ends right where you parked
Drop off gear and enjoy the rest of your day in Chesaning
What's Included

Important details
- Adult accompaniment is required for children
- Sign a waiver before the shuttle departs
- Wear a life jacket while kayaking and follow all staff safety instructions
- Wear water shoes or secure sandals; no flip-flops
- Do not bring glass or styrofoam onto the river
- You float at your own risk. Personal items are not covered for loss or damage
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start. Late arrival may shorten your float or result in a forfeited trip
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your trip for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Trips operate rain or shine. If weather or water conditions force the operator to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or free rescheduling—your choice. Refunds take 5–7 business days to process.
