Important details
- Renter and boat driver must be ages 21+
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1989 require a valid Wisconsin boater safety license
- Bring a valid driver's license in the boat driver's name; if the renter is different from the driver, bring the renter's driver's license too
- Dogs are not allowed onboard, except service dogs
- Bring a valid major credit card in the boat driver's name for a security deposit authorization. Damage or lost-equipment charges may apply
- Sign a waiver before boarding. Youth and infants must wear U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets
- Fishing, swimming, smoking, and open flames are prohibited onboard. Take all trash with you; do not leave or dispose of it in Père Marquette Park
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in, paperwork, and a safety briefing
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or failure to meet driver requirements. With at least 48 hours' notice, you may receive a rebooking credit, subject to availability. If severe weather or mechanical issues cancel the full rental, you'll be offered a full refund or credit; a started rental affected by severe weather may receive a partial credit.
