Know before you go

- Wear comfortable walking shoes for rough terrain and a 72-step climb from the dock to the tour start
- Strollers and babes in arms, including in carriers, are not allowed on Bannerman Island
- Leave outside food behind; food and drinks are available for purchase on the island
- Only service dogs defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are allowed on Bannerman Island
- Bring rain gear if rain is expected
- Plan ahead: there is no restroom at the Beacon dock, while two composting toilets are available on the island
Cancellation Policy
No refunds or rescheduling. You may transfer your ticket to someone else. The trip runs rain or shine. If the captain cancels due to severe weather before departure, you may reschedule to another date.
