Important details
- Pick up the boat between 9am and 4pm only
- Return the boat at the same time your rental began; late returns may incur full- or half-day fees
- A valid driver's license and homeowners or renters insurance declaration page are required before departure
- Minnesota residents ages 18+ need a valid Minnesota Boater Education Permit or a NASBLA-approved boating safety certificate to rent and operate the boat
- Out-of-state residents operating on Minnesota waters for 60 days or less are exempt from the permit requirement
- Sign the onboard-item checklist at handoff and return all items in the condition received
- A credit card on file may be charged $50 per missing item, $100 for prop damage, $250 for a non-repairable prop, or $300 for a depth finder head, plus applicable taxes
- Additional fuel is not included: delivery rentals add the fuel price plus a $25 refill and delivery surcharge; shop refills cost the fuel price
- Do not add fuel before returning if the included fuel is sufficient for your rental
- Return to shore if severe weather develops while you are on the lake
- Rentals are unavailable if you appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 5 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before for an 80% deposit refund; 14–30 days before for 50%; and 7–14 days before for 25%. No deposit refund is available within 7 days. Severe weather before departure postpones the rental; no refunds are given for time unused during a storm.
