Know before you go

Arrive for pickup between 9 am and 4 pm
Return the pontoon on the final day at the same time as pickup
A valid driver's license and homeowners or renters insurance declaration page are required before departure
Minnesota residents ages 18+ need a Minnesota Boater Education Permit to operate, unless exempt with a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved boating safety certificate
Out-of-state residents operating on Minnesota waters for 60 days or less are exempt from the permit requirement
Additional fuel is not included in the listed price and costs the fuel price plus a $25 public-access delivery and refill surcharge, charged to the card on file
Do not add fuel to the watercraft before returning it
Return all items in rented condition; you are responsible for missing or damaged items
Do not operate the watercraft while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Return to shore if severe weather develops; if unable, seek a protected cove or shoreline and anchor the bow into the wind
