Important details
- Pick up between 9am and 4pm
- Return the pontoon on the final day at the same time as your rental start time
- Expect full- or half-day additional fees for returns as late as 9pm
- A valid driver's license and homeowners or renters insurance declaration page are required before departure
- A card on file is required before departure, and you are responsible for missing or damaged items
- Minnesota residents ages 18+ who operate the pontoon require a Minnesota Boater Education Permit unless they hold a valid NASBLA-approved boating safety certificate
- Out-of-state residents renting or operating on Minnesota waters for 60 days or less are exempt from the permit requirement
- Do not operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Return to shore if severe weather develops while you are on the water
- Do not refuel before returning; additional fuel delivery and refill at public access costs the fuel price plus a $25 surcharge, not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Receive an 80% deposit refund more than 30 days before your rental, 50% 14–30 days before, or 25% 7–14 days before. No deposit refund within 7 days. Severe weather before departure may be postponed and rescheduled within 30 days, subject to availability.

Return all items in the condition they were rented. Count the equipment with a staff member, and expect responsibility for any missing or damaged items.
